Chicken Curry Traybake

- olive oil
- 2 tbsp creme fraiche
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp curry paste
- 1 tbsp tsbp ginger & garlic paste
- 500 ml chicken stock
- 200 g basmati
- 1 red pepper chopped
Add the creme fraiche, the garam masala, curry paste and garlic and ginger paste. Stir together and then gradually add in the stock, whisking together. Add the red pepper and rice and bake in the oven for around 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Serve with a yoghurt dip and salad.
