Slow Cooker Beef Ragu

Delicious melt in mouth beef ragu which can be thrown in the slow cooker in the morning and ready for dinner time. Perfect served with pasta or mash.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 450 g Lean Beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 200 ml beef stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

  • Brown the beef for 5 minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours or 4 hours on high.
  • Serve with pasta or mash and veg.
